Window cleaning and cleaning services across the Kempen

For a terraced house, expect €55 to €70 for the exterior; for a detached house, €85 to €115. Inside and out together runs between €85 and €150. The price depends on the number of windows, how accessible they are, and whether there is a conservatory or roof lights. You always get a fixed price before we begin.

Once every two years is enough for most roofs in the Kempen. Annual cleaning makes sense if you live near a busy road, a farm or a lot of trees, or if your panels sit at a shallow pitch — rain then washes them less effectively. If you can see a green or black band along the bottom edge of the panels, it is time.

Late October to early December, once the leaves have fallen. If there are conifers or birches near the house, a second visit in spring is no luxury. Do not wait until water spills over the edge: by then the damage to facade and woodwork is usually already done.

Preferably not. On render, decorative plaster and older pointing we use softwash: low pressure with a product that kills algae and moss spores. The result comes more slowly but stays clean far longer and does not damage your facade. We do use pressure washing on concrete, block paving and hard natural stone.

Not for outdoor work, as long as we can reach an outside tap and all sides of the house. For indoor work, yes, or you leave a key. Many regular clients give us a key or a code — we record that properly and use it only on the agreed days.

Light rain is no problem for windows — we work with pure water, which dries without marks. In heavy rain, frost or strong wind we move outdoor work to the next suitable day. You hear about it that morning, not afterwards.

No. We invoice directly, with VAT. For businesses that is a fully deductible expense. Worth knowing: solar panels, gutters, facades, roofs, patios and post-construction cleaning never qualify for service vouchers anyway, not even with an accredited company.

In the Kempen usually within one to two weeks, a little longer in spring — March to June is our busiest period for windows, solar panels and patios. For urgent handovers or key exchanges we fit you in where we can.

A notice period of one to three months usually applies, depending on what your contract says. Send us your current agreement and we will look together at when a switch is possible, so there is no gap without maintenance.

Yes. We carry public liability and completed-operations cover. For work at height we use telescopic poles from ground level wherever possible — safer for our people and for your gutters and facade. An insurance certificate is available on request.
